The Heart behind Mae
Photography has always felt like a quiet act of devotion, a way to hold the fleeting moments that define a life. I came to wedding photography through film rolls of family summers on the Great Lakes and years spent studying the stillness of morning light on Michigan water. Every celebration I document is a love letter to that slower, more intentional way of seeing.
I am here to notice the in-between moments, the steady hand on a parent's shoulder, the small laugh before the vows, the way light settles on linen at the end of a long day. These are the images you will still reach for in twenty years.
